Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug
A nonprofit since 1884: The Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug promotes education, health, employment, and social services in the canton of Zug.
The Kinderhütte runs a playgroup for children aged 21 months and over who are not yet of school age.
The Kinderhütte Zug association looks back on a long and rich history, having been in existence since 1973. Based at Haldenstrasse 3 in Zug, the association runs a playgroup for children aged between 21 months and the start of nursery school. In addition, we run the centre at Lüssiweg 17 in Zug, as well as a forest playgroup.
The quality and work of the association are officially recognised; the Kinderhütte has received a certificate of recognition from the City of Zug’s Department of Education for the years 2026 to 2029.
Under the motto ‘Growing up through play’, the association places the child, as an independent individual, at the centre of its work. The carers interact with the children as equals, offering them emotional security and a safe environment for healthy development.
The core objectives and principles include:
A qualified, certified and well-established team of long-serving staff accompany the little ones through the playgroup year with great dedication. Through regular annual professional development, the latest educational insights are constantly incorporated into our daily routine. This ensures that every child can grow up through play in a modern, safe and thoroughly loving environment.
