About the Association

We are a service club made up of committed, working women who volunteer to support women and girls. We combine local commitment with the strength of an international movement.

Soroptimist International (https://www.soroptimistinternational.org/) is a global women’s organisation whose mission is to bring about positive change in the lives and status of women and girls.

The Zug Club is part of this global community and was founded in 1993. Our members come from a variety of professions and walks of life. Together, we support projects in the Zug region and take part in national and international initiatives. We meet once a month for club evenings, during which we discuss current issues, invite guest speakers, plan projects and nurture our network.
